The customer requires e.g.: A flexible system suitable for multi-colour imprint on pieces of various sizes - ranging from babies' tubs to drinking cups. So the robust tampon printing system combining 5 tampon printing machines was born Series "TSG 200/210/41". High register precision is characteristic of this system. The robust construction and the tried and tested TSG technology make the system user-friendly and easy to handle.

Furthermore the following components are used:

• a programmable NC linear axis equipped with a jig.
• a pre-treatment station equipped with a swivelling gas burner.
• a light barrier

All machine components are carefully selected and integrated into the system.

The print motifs can be inserted in all the tampon printing cliché types.

Depending on the kind of article to be imprinted, the output is 100 to 200 parts/h with a print image diameter of up to 200 mm, 5 colours
