TAMPOPRINT® AG produces fully automated tampon printing systems for the toy industry. Transport units for tiny parts are produced in the company's own tool shop and extend right up to robot feed and camera process checks. Minimum period of time needed for set-up and quality checks.

During production a robot feed assists in producing 7 of the 9 printing form variants without the feed requiring process changeovers and without jigs. The robot feed recognises when items are in the correct position or corrects this if necessary. It takes just 5 minutes to set-up the 2 remaining variants.

When undertaking cliché changes (motif changes) or fitting/removing the ink/doctoring cup in standard tampon printing machines, these can be removed from the X-Y plate cross table without the need for any tools and easily swivelled outwards by the operator. The printing machine is then quickly adjusted back into the X-Y axis. An extra R and Z axis is available as an option.
